Running a trucking business is more than just driving.
Owner operators and fleet owners often wear multiple hats. Many are still driving while also managing the financial side of their business.

As the business grows, bookkeeping becomes harder to keep up with consistently. When the books fall behind, it creates unnecessary stress, unclear numbers, and uncertainty around cash flow and profitability.

PrideBilt provides structured, reliable bookkeeping designed specifically for trucking businesses. We focus on accuracy, consistency, and clear reporting so you can stay confident in your financials and make informed decisions, whether you are running one truck or managing a fleet.
Who We Serve
PrideBilt works with owner-operators, small fleets, and growing trucking companies that need structured, reliable bookkeeping without building an in-house accounting department.
Our services are designed specifically for trucking operations. Whether you operate one truck or manage a fleet, your bookkeeping is organized consistently, reported accurately, and structured per truck for clarity and scalability.
We provide standardized monthly bookkeeping and reporting, with optional add-on services such as IFTA filing and payroll support for businesses that require additional administrative coverage.
Why Truckers Trust PrideBilt

All of our bookkeeping services are handled 100% within the United States. Your financial data is never outsourced, and you will always work with a U.S.-based team.
We take a steady, structured approach to bookkeeping so you feel supported, informed, and confident in where your business stands.

What We Do and What We Don’t Do
What We Do

PrideBilt provides professional bookkeeping services built specifically for trucking companies and owner-operators. All services are structured per truck to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability.

All monthly bookkeeping clients receive:
-
Monthly transaction categorization and reconciliation
-
Organized financial records and per-truck reporting
-
Ongoing bookkeeping oversight to maintain accurate and current books
-
Year-end reports suitable for CPA or tax preparer use
Optional add-on services include:
-
IFTA reporting and filing
-
Payroll processing and driver settlements
-
Catch-up and cleanup services for prior periods
-

When authorized by the client, PrideBilt may be granted read-only access to systems such as ELD platforms, fuel card accounts (including WEX), banking institutions, or existing accounting software strictly for bookkeeping support.

All system access remains client-controlled and is used solely to perform agreed-upon bookkeeping services.
What We Don’t Do

To maintain compliance and proper scope of service, PrideBilt does not provide:
-
Tax preparation or income tax filing
-
CPA, legal, financial planning, or investment advisory services
-
Dispatch, load booking, or operational management
-
Direct control over client banking, fuel, or ELD accounts

PrideBilt does not assume ownership of client systems, credentials, or operational platforms.
Clients remain responsible for:

-
The accuracy and completeness of information provided
-
Maintaining required system access
-
Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance outside the scope of bookkeeping

How this Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation

We begin with a consultation to understand your operation, current systems, and bookkeeping needs. This allows us to confirm fit, review truck count and services, and outline the exact monthly structure.

Step 2: Engagement & Setup

Once approved, you complete onboarding and submit your implementation fee and first month’s service payment. During this phase:

-
We confirm system access (or assist with system selection if needed)
-
Per-truck bookkeeping structure is established
-
Reporting categories are aligned for accurate tracking

Implementation is completed prior to the start of recurring service.

Step 3: System Access & Document Flow

Bookkeeping is performed within your existing accounting systems or approved bookkeeping platform.

Clients upload receipts, fuel data, and required documentation directly into the designated accounting system. PrideBilt does not store or manage client credentials outside of authorized bookkeeping access.

Clear documentation standards are provided during onboarding to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Step 4: Ongoing Monthly Bookkeeping

PrideBilt maintains your books using a structured per-truck monthly process, including:
-
Transaction categorization
-
Reconciliation
-
Reporting preparation

You receive organized financials designed to keep you informed, prepared, and compliant.
Our goal is simple: structured bookkeeping that supports your operation without adding administrative burden.

CLEAR, UPFRONT PRICING

Our pricing is designed to be straightforward and predictable. All services are billed in advance and reflect the level of bookkeeping support required to keep your records accurate and up to date.

If the pricing below makes sense for your business, we invite you to move forward with the intake process. If not, there is no obligation to proceed.
